A. Cancellation Policy
How can I cancel an order?
An order for medicines or healthcare products can be cancelled from the ‘Order Details’ screen on the Fundly app (‘Marketplace Platform’).

Orders can only be cancelled until 11:00 PM on the same day of placement, provided the order status is still 'Order Confirmed'. Partial cancellation of order is not permitted.

B. Return Policy

We’re currently working on designing a convenient return process for our customers. We’ll soon release the same. Till then, No Returns will be accepted.
